| Description | Hydrogen peroxide in a liquid form is used for oxidation in permanent hair dyes. 5% Combinal Hydrogen Peroxide (= 5% stabilised hydrogen peroxide) is a liquid „developer“ to activate Combinal dyes and to impart a permanent color. This product should only be blended with Combinal dyes for a perfect consistency and for a safe and easy color process. | No. 1 BLACK. A classic intensive black shade for maximum color depth. The darkest color in the range and perfect for clients with black to dark brown hair. This color adds solid definition and volume to the eyelashes. Suitable for eyelashes and eyebrows. Kit includes: 1X Tube Of Dye 1X Hydrogen Peroxide 1X Brush 1X Mixing Dish | The Skin Protection Cream protects the skin during the eyelash and eyebrow tinting process.
