" | Hydrogen peroxide in a liquid form is used for oxidation in permanent hair dyes. 5% Combinal Hydrogen Peroxide (= 5% stabilised hydrogen peroxide) is a liquid „developer“ to activate Combinal dyes and to impart a permanent color. This product should only be blended with Combinal dyes for a perfect consistency and for a safe and easy color process. | Combinal 3% Premium Developer is hydrogen peroxide in gel?form and is it designed to use in combination with combinal eyelash and eyebrow dyes.
