BACKSTAGE COMMERCE INC, a leading importer, and manufacturer of professional hair and beauty products. We are currently seeking the right candidate who is considering sharing their talents by joining our Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC team as our Customer Service Specialist.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated problem solver who loves working with people and who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced and quickly growing team
Tasks:
- Act as the first line of contact to our customers (e-mail & phone)
- Understand our customers’ needs and recommend the right products and services to meet them
- Use critical thinking to help solve issue and customer complaints
- Able to solve customers needs and complaints without being monitored
- Answer phone and emails, as well as social media message /comments
- Comfortable with selling and up-selling
- Process and Invoice incoming online orders in a timely manner
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
- Solution-oriented
- full-time schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Job not able to be performed remotely. In-person only.
