Customer Service Specialist

BACKSTAGE COMMERCE INC, a leading importer, and manufacturer of professional hair and beauty products. We are currently seeking the right candidate who is considering sharing their talents by joining our Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC team as our Customer Service Specialist. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced and quickly growing team Tasks:

• Act as the first line of contact to our customers (e-mail & phone)
• Understand our customers’ needs and recommend the right products and services to meet them
• Use critical thinking to help solve issue and customer complaints
• Able to solve customers needs and complaints without being monitored
• Answer phone and emails, as well as social media message /comments
• Comfortable with selling and up-selling
• Process and Invoice incoming online orders in a timely manner

Skills needed:

• full-time schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
