BACKSTAGE COMMERCE INC, a leading importer, and manufacturer of professional hair and beauty products. We are currently seeking the right candidate who is considering sharing their talents by joining our Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC team as our Digital Marketing Associate.

We are looking for an motivated individual to fill in an exciting role of Marketing and Online Administrative Assistant. This will be an exciting position for someone who is passionate about being a part of a growing team. You will have a core marketing-support function – having the opportunity to influence the overall marketing strategy of a growing business & be a part of an amazing team. Primary responsibilities :
- Help maintain and update company’s website
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities
- Provide assistance with the set up of digital advertising campaigns and optimize PPC
- Assist to create and update content on social media, websites and newsletters
- Understand SEO to implement keyword usage tactics
- Understand marketing analytics to gather important information
- Help set up and optimize PPC/digital advertising campaigns
- Create and update the content on social media, websites and newsletters
- Collaborate with internal teams, understand the vision and provide pathways for marketing strategy
- Provide administrative support to the team
Professional Skills/Qualifications :
- 1-2 years digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience with working with Shopify, Woo-commerce, Magento (a big plus)
- Good understanding of marketing principles
- Well organized with a customer-oriented approach
- An awesome attitude towards problem-solving
- A keen learner with exquisite communication skills
- Effective written skills and high level of attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of PPC/digital advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO and an understanding of how all of these channels work together
- Preferred Bilingual (English/French)
