The special formulation repels liquid and is ideal to prevent skin discoloration during eyelash and eyebrow tinting treatments. This cream is also used to secure the cotton eye pads under the eyes. This color is perfect for clients with a lighter hair color – blonde or very light brown hair for a more natural effect to eyebrows and eyelashes.
